Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Last Updated: February 10, 2026. Effective immediately for all API consumers.

1. B2B & Institutional Service Only

Lorraine Reed International S.L. provides "Critical Infrastructure" services strictly for verified Business-to-Business (B2B) entities, Sovereign Institutions, and licensed logistics operators.

Consumer Restriction: Personal accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are strictly prohibited from generating API keys. Any attempt to use the ReedSecure™ gateway for direct-to-consumer (D2C) mass marketing will result in immediate contract termination.

2. Permitted Email Types (Transactional)

The Platform is engineered exclusively for high-priority, time-sensitive "Burst Traffic" related to asset movement. Permitted traffic streams include:

System Alerts: Environmental excursions (temp/shock), security breaches, geolocation triggers.
Workflow Notifications: Customs clearance status (T1/T2), ATA Carnet expiration warnings, Proof of Delivery (POD).
Administrative: Invoice generation, insurance policy updates, password resets (2FA).

3. Prohibited Content & Zero Tolerance

We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for Unsolicited Commercial Communication (Spam). The following practices are grounds for immediate ban without refund, in accordance with Mailgun and AWS AUPs:

NO Affiliate Marketing

NO Cold Outreach

NO Crypto/Forex Offers

4. List Hygiene & Consent

All recipients must have provided explicit, verifiable consent (Opt-In). For high-volume clients, we enforce a Double Opt-In mechanism. We reserve the right to audit your subscriber acquisition source at any time. Accounts exceeding a bounce rate of 3.0% will be automatically suspended by our AI Sentinel.
